We are located in Suite 110 at the Michigan Athletic Club in the E.W. Sparrow Health Science Pavilion. Dr. Colony’s practice is dedicated to cosmetic plastic surgery and he has practiced in East Lansing, Michigan for over 20 years. Michigan Plastic Surgery™ maintains a private state-of-the-art operating and recovery room for all types of cosmetic surgery using local, twilight, or general anesthesia. The Michigan Plastic Surgery™ clinic also offers a full complement of non-surgical rejuvenation options, including Botox, HydraFacial, injectable fillers, Coolsculpting, Kybella, Morpheus8, and more. Through Michigan Skin Care, we also provide a full range of medispa services such as HydraFacial, Microdermabrasion, Micropeel, etc., as well as a comprehensive skincare line developed by Dr. Colony, Colony MD Medical Skincare.

Initial cosmetic consultations are complimentary. When you schedule an appointment, information forms will be sent to you for review and completion, or if you would like you can fill them out online. Fees for proposed procedures and services are provided for all patients.

Payment Options at Michigan Plastic Surgery™

Some surgeries may be covered or partially covered by insurance if deemed medically necessary. Our staff will assist with pre-authorization and referrals when applicable. Accepted payment options include MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, and Prosper Healthcare Lending.
