Omnilux is a world leader in medical-grade LED light therapy. Their advanced technology is backed by more than 40 peer-reviewed clinical studies and utilized by thousands of people for many different skin concerns. At Michigan Plastic Surgery, we are pleased to offer several Omnilux mask options to boost our patients’ at-home skin care.

Omnilux Mask Options

Omnilux offers several mask options, each with different wavelengths of LED light energy designed for different skin conditions and concerns. We offer the following mask options and can help you choose the best one for your specific needs:

Omnilux Contour

The Omnilux Contour mask is made from an FDA-cleared flexible silicone that molds to the unique contours of your face. This mask combines red 633 nm and near-infrared 830 nm wavelengths to penetrate the skin at different depths. Deep near-infrared light stimulates collagen production to smooth fine lines and wrinkles while red 633 nm waves target pigmentation and sun damage while soothing irritated or red skin. New collagen growth will firm the skin and improve its overall health to restore a more youthful appearance.

Omnilux Blemish Eraser

The Blemish Eraser is a mini mask that can be directly applied to a specific area of your face to treat redness, inflammation, or blemishes. It uses clinically proven LED technology in combination with patches infused with salicylic acid and green tea in order to treat stubborn acne in just a few sessions. The Blemish Eraser is both hands free and wireless, so you can go about your day while the mask works.

How to Use the Omnilux Mask

The Omnilux Mask treatments can be easily used at home and each session only takes 10 minutes. About 3-5 weekly treatments for 4-6 weeks are recommended for the best results. Before using the Omnilux Masks, charge the controller and then plug it into the device.

For the Omnilux Contour Mask, apply the charged mask to your face and strap it on with the adjustable velcro straps. After 10 minutes, remove the mask and moisturize your skin.

When using the Omnilux Blemish Eraser, peal back the adhesive side of the hydrocolloid patch and attach it to the charged device. Then, peel the other adhesive side and apply to the desired area of treatment. After 10 minutes, gently remove the eraser from your face and moisturize your skin with your preferred product.
